Charge Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. uses this website to present products, solutions and partnership information. This policy describes what the site itself collects. It does not describe the Electrise mobile application, which has its own account and payment flows.
1. Information you send
Contact, partnership and project forms collect the fields shown on the form, including name, company, email and phone. The project form can include one optional PDF, JPG or PNG file of up to 3 MB. The footer newsletter collects an email address only when you tick the commercial-message consent box. These messages are delivered to [email protected].
If you arrive through an advertisement, technical click identifiers and campaign or traffic-source parameters in the URL can be kept for this browser tab session. If you submit a contact or project form, the available details are included in the request email and the protected request record so we can identify its source and follow up on the request.
2. Information collected automatically
The host keeps ordinary server logs, such as IP address, request time and the page requested, to operate and protect the site. If you choose Google measurement, the site loads the Google tag to measure visits and conversions. If you choose LinkedIn advertising, it loads LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure ad performance and build website audiences. These providers may use cookies or similar identifiers. Neither optional tag loads before your choice. Your choice is saved in this browser and can be changed using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. A strictly necessary cookie may be set by the host for security.
3. How the information is used
- To reply to a contact, partnership or project request
- To send the newsletter you asked for
- To keep the site available and secure
- To meet a legal duty if a contract or invoice follows
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. Hosting and email delivery use service providers. If you allow optional tracking, Google or LinkedIn can process visit information, including outside Turkey, under their own policies. See the Google Privacy Policy and LinkedIn Privacy Policy. Public authorities receive information when the law requires it.
5. Security and retention
The site is served over HTTPS. No internet transmission is completely secure. Request records are kept for the conversation and for any later contract, invoice or dispute. Newsletter addresses stay until you withdraw consent. You can withdraw newsletter consent by writing to [email protected].
6. Your rights

7. Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page is updated.
