See All QuestionsHow long does charging station installation take?
Installation duration depends on whether the site is ready. Where electrical infrastructure and the mounting area are ready, the process can finish sooner; if cabling, panel, infrastructure or extra site work is needed, it takes longer. The final schedule is set after the site assessment.
Is a site survey required before installation?
An on-site survey is not mandatory for every project. If there is enough information about the location, device count, mounting area and existing electrical infrastructure, a pre-assessment can be done remotely. When infrastructure is unclear or extra electrical and site work is needed, an on-site survey is planned.
Can the existing electrical infrastructure be used?
Existing facility capacity is checked; cables, panels, connection points and required electrical protections are planned accordingly. If capacity is insufficient, capacity upgrades or load management can be evaluated.
Do you install across Turkey?
Installation projects in different regions of Turkey are evaluated. The installable location, project scope, site conditions and schedule are clarified at the request stage.
Do you provide post-delivery technical support?
Yes, after-sales technical support is provided. Remote support, field intervention, maintenance and service scope follow the selected product, project and contract terms.
